UE5 Segmented Dimming on Standalone ML 5.3.2 - Any Updates?

Hello! I am posting again to ask if there has been any progress on standalone Unreal segmented dimming?

This is my previous post, all of the info, project, engine, etc remains the same.

Essentially awaiting for this to be fixed to continue.

I'm sorry, but the short answer here is no. Unfortunately, the underlying issue here still exists in UE 5.3 (and 5.4 as well), with no clear timeline for resolution as the issue is present in Unreal Engine itself. For now, I would work under the assumption that segmented dimming is not supported in Unreal engine- unless you are using remote rendering.
