I have been keeping tabs on the segmented dimmer inverted error on Standalone ML2 apps made in Unreal and have posted here and the Unreal forums several times.
This was my last post, which the ML team confirmed the error was on Unreal Engine’s side: Updates on UE Standalone Segmented Dimmer?
Well great news! As of 5.6 release, now the inversion extension has been implemented!

I’ve been extremely excited on this fix as ML2 is an incredible device to develop for and I cannot wait to share it more and create more for it. This error has been completely debilitating.
Bringing attention to it here, so hopefully this could be implemented rather quickly!
