Unfortunately, we do not any a timeline on when Unreal Engine 5.6 will be officially supported.
Are you having any issues using 5.6 unofficially?
Tbh, I havent even tried. I thought this fix needs to implemented to have opaque dimming in a standalone app.
Or does it work out the box with stock 5.6? I can try that.
There are some limitations, like the fact that Unreal doesn’t include a yuv shader but I saw a project that was using it before. I think the fix comes from the fact that the alpha buffer is being submitted correctly in that version.
