Questions about AR Cloud

I have a question about AR Cloud, should I ask it in a Github Issue instead of this forum?

I thought you left out the explanation of the setup around GCP that is done before setting up AR Cloud.
I don't think it is necessary to explain from the GCP installation, but I think it would be better to post any links that would be helpful.
It seems to me that it will take rather long to set up AR Cloud.
