OS Updater - can we please not do the 'scroll to end' thing?

The OS Updater just announced a new version. Great! So I accept the update, first I have to scroll down through half a mile of unreadable legales to hit a checkbox. Very annoying to do that with hand tracking. Even more annoying when you have to for every time you update the OS.

Would it be possible to confer with your legal dept and think together about a more workable solution? Thanks :slight_smile:

Do you not find the read enjoyable? Brew some coffee and slowly scroll through, making sure you don't miss a single word :wink:

Nevertheless log your feedback with our customer care team :slight_smile: Note that you can also update the OS through the MLHub which would eliminate that step.

I enjoyed immensely. It was the best soporific I have ever experienced :D. How do I log with the Customer Care team?

I stopped using the MLHub for updating as the last time I did that it b0rked my ML2 and had to do quite some scary things to get it back alive again :wink:

I am sorry to say the developer portal (first link) is seriously bad. First of all, outlook e-mail addresses are not accepted - they have to be business addresses. Why???? Second, if you accidentally click next to the pop-up box in where you are supposed to fill in the feedback - boom, it is gone, and you can fill in your feedback from scratch. Third, half of the time I get an error for a non responsive page ('took to long to respond'.). I don't want to sound pedantic, but how much feedback do they actually get? :smiley: I used customer care, and that worked better. Let's hope it sorts some effect
