Stuck in boot loop when updating OS

ML2 OS version: 1.7.0 -> 1.9.0

I was trying to update the OS from 1.7.0 to 1.9.0. However, the device turned into sleep mode when installing the new OS. When I tried to reboot it, it showed the standard Magic Leap logo with the bar under it moving left and right, and it has been hours. Also I cannot connect it to ML Hub anymore. Anyone please help me figure it out? Thanks!
