ML2 stuck on boot up

Hello! I purchased an ML2 from a 3rd party that is hard stuck on its boot up. Is this a common problem/are there any solutions to this issue? And is there any reason why an otherwise perfectly functioning device would be unable to boot up?

Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Thank you for the response! I've reached out to the care team and am waiting to hear back. I'd still appreciate anyone in the community's advice if they've experienced something like this or have a solution.

For your awareness, putting the device into fast boot is ineffective and still results in the boot loop.

Additionally, I tried plugging the device in to my PC to connect it to Magic Hub 3 for a factory reset, which didn’t work as the device was not registering as plugged in. This was particularly confusing, as the compute pack still charging — but it refused to show up in the hub.

Any advise or solutions at all would be incredibly appreciated!
