In my headset, the left eyes top left corner is darker than the right eye top right corner. This happens immediately after the Magic Leap loading screen. Is this just inherent in the dimming system?

Yes it does, for all applications and even on the Magic Leap 2 main menu.
Is this darkness visible in screenshots? I'm assuming it's a hardware issue so it's not visible.
I am going to reach out to our customer care team to let them know you're having this issue with the headset.

I believe they are new since the July update.
What OS version are you on currently?
