Difficult to see the surrounding if the virtual model faces are white in color

Hi folks,
I built the object alignment app and imported the model into it. Below is the reference I followed:
Object Alignment
I am facing a specific issue: in a scenario where the surroundings are very dark and the virtual object most of the faces are white, it becomes impossible to align the model with the real world due to excessive reflection from the faces.
I have tried adjusting the global dimming and brightness settings, but I still cannot achieve proper alignment. Additionally, I changed the albedo mode to LinearGrey instead of white before building the application, but this did not resolve the issue either.
What settings should I use for Magic Leap 2 or in the Unity setup to improve the alignment of the white model faces against the dark surroundings? Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear that you are running into this issue. I have shared your feedback with our voice of Customer Team. The glare is a physical limitation of how the displays work since they need to bend light in order to make the content visible in the transparent glass.

Currently we do not have a workaround for this, but I did file your post as feedback.

Hi @kbabilinski
I'm hoping this problem may be resolved quickly.

Unfortunately, I think the issue you are running into is a hardware limitation and not software so it's unlikely that it can be fixed with an over the air update.
