The controller recovery guide available Magic Leap has a link to a password protected file (which seems to be mistake? This locked post https://forum.magicleap.cloud/t/0-53-1-hotfix-release/480/3 links straight to the zip file that is password protected.)

This is the correct link. Please see the controller recovery guide for instructions on how to recover your controller if it was not able to flash via the Compute Pack
