After updating to Magic Leap OS - ML2 OS Release B3E.220818.12-R.046-R.420 (user secure) there are no longer Developer controls evident under Settings (anywhere). This includes after applying a Developer Pro license. AR Cloud is enabled. We did a full incremental upgrade from .07-R.124. Is that correct/expected behavior?

Did you try activating the developer mode? by pressing the build number 5-10 times?
