Android SDK command-line tools component is not found

Hi All

Just got around to trying to build the Magic Leap Examples. I get the following error:

Unable to detect SDK in the selected directory. C:\Program Files\Unity\Hub\Editor\2022.3.20f1\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\AndroidPlayer\SDK\cmdline-tools\latest\bin\sdkmanager.bat does not exist. Android SDK command-line tools component is not found. Make sure "Command-line Tools (latest)" is installed in the SDK manager.
If command-line tools are installed, but this message is still shown, please restart the Unity editor.

The Magic Leap Setup tool reports everything is ok.

Any thoughts?

Unity Editor version: 2022.3.20f1

Hello All,

Based on research this is looking like a Unity Hub issue with version 2022.3.20f1 install. Working to confirm. I recommend you use the latest LTS and be sure the android tools install during the install process.

Best Regards,

Garry

You might be able to resolve this by following our Native setup guide and installing the tools via Android studio, then pointing to the tools in your Unity Preferences > External Tools paths
