MRTK Enabling Hand Mesh

I am using the Magic Leap 2 with MRTK input actions. The Articulate Hand Tracking Profile includes the mesh materials but I don't see the mesh when I run the scene. In the documentation, I saw that the WORLD_RECONSTRUCTION preference must be enabled in the manifest but I don't see that one included. Will that solve my issue?

Currently we do not support Hand Meshing on Magic Leap 2. Instead we recommend that developers use MRTK's Rigged Hand model as the hand visualizer instead.
