Menu screen frequently disappears after boot up

Hello community.

ML2 OS version:1.3.1

Error messages from logs (syntax-highlighting is supported via Markdown): I cannot read it because Magic Leap 2 starts a reboot loop.

The menu screen frequently disappears after starting Magic Leap 2.
When I press the volume buttons, the volume bar is displayed.
When I connect or disconnect the controller, the message appears.
However, when I press the menu button on the controller, nothing appears and I cannot start the application.
If I reboot the device after this bug occurs, there is a high probability that a reboot loop will begin.
Therefore, when this bug occurs, I deal with it by performing a hardware reset each time.
Is there any good solution to this problem?
