Hi all,
we currently got an message from our hardware distributor, that Magic Leap 2 devices are no longer available for sale in Europe and UK because of additional EU regulations.
Maybe some others have more insight of it, but we want to know if this is an temporary effect or will the device be unable to sell forever?

In the European Union and United Kingdom, Magic Leap 2 is no longer available for purchase. We will continue to provide support and warranty for existing devices. For any additional questions about products or sales, please reach out to care@magicleap.com.

Seriously guys, you do realize ML2 at the moment is the only device on the market that can act as a replacement for HoloLens 2? I know you would rather be making displays and other companies taking the risk of building and selling devices, but so far nothing see-through is available. The only Android XR device so far is an Apple Vision Pro clone as well.
What kind of ‘regulations’ are we talking about?
