When app crashes, restarting/reinstalling app doesn't make app's plugincode to execute

Unity Editor version : 2022.3.18f1
ML2 OS version :1.5.0
Unity SDK version :1.12.1 / 2.0
Host OS : (Windows/MacOS) Windows 11

Once our app crashes, which we believe is due to memory leak in our Unity plugin C++ code, restarting the app or even reinstalling the app doesn't bring back marker tracking, although the rest of the app works. We have to restart the device to get tracking to work again.
