Unable to turn ON the camera during LIVE assist

Hi Magic Leap Support Team,

I’m currently facing an issue with the Magic Leap 2 headset while using the Assist application. During a live support session, I’m unable to turn on the camera — the live video feed fails to activate, and no image is displayed on the remote viewer’s end.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  • Verified camera permissions for the Assist app in Settings > Privacy & Security
  • Restarted the device multiple times
  • Ensured a stable Wi-Fi connection
  • Confirmed the headset is running the latest **OS version - 1.12.0
  • Tested the camera functionality in other applications (works fine outside Assist)
  • Disabled Developer Mode (if applicable)

Despite these efforts, the camera still fails to function during live view within Assist. This issue is impacting our remote troubleshooting workflow.
