Actually I was able to get it to work by unclicking XR Plugin Management>MagicLeapSettings>"Enable ML Audio" and by checking Project>Audio>"Disable Unity Audio"

Thanks, @etucker -- I just had a look and the "Mixed Reality Feature Tool" downloader is a Windows .exe only, so I won't be able to use it. (I'm on a Mac.)

Here is a potential workaround: Try to build the project 3 times. If it fails, Try to build one more time and it should build anyway.

Hi @etucker It looks like with a new clone of git clone --branch mrtk3_MagicLeap2 https://github.com/magicleap/MixedRealityToolkit-Unity.git this workaround is no longer working.
