Model imported inside the model viewer deleted automatically

Dear All,
Are you experiencing a similar issue with the automatic deletion of models imported into the model viewer application? The models are being deleted in two cases:

Case 1: The Magic Leap becomes unresponsive and restarts automatically.
Case 2: When we shut down the Magic Leap 2 and turn it on next time, the model sometimes won't be there.
Any suggestions to solve this issue, as well as passing this issue to the development team, would be highly appreciated.

I have reported your feedback to our voice of customer team. Depending on the size and complexity of your models you may want to consider using Remote Render to view your 3D models or using a 3rd party application.

When you say "deleted" are you referring to the model not showing as an option from the selection panel?

Yes, the recently added model not showing as an option within the selection panel.
