Application Simulator cannot always be terminated

After starting in the simulator, the exit screen to change the State from Conncted to Disconncted is displayed and does not exit forever.

I have never been able to exit successfully since updating to the latest version. Once I start the simulator, I have no choice but to force close it because it always happens.
