The Unreal Engine I built from the source for Magicleap development is taking up too much space on my Windows PC. The full build is 232 GB in size. Can someone explain the reason for this huge size and if there are ways to reduce the size?
Building the Unreal Engine (UE) from source can indeed consume a significant amount of disk space, especially for feature-rich engines like UE. Since the repository includes all of the source code to build the engine it is expected to take up a large amount of space.
