Object recognition in ML2?

Hi! Magic Leap 1 had limited object recognition capabilities at a certain point. Is this available in Magic Leap 2, also?

Hi @jamesashley1, the Magic Leap 2 platform and operating system has robust capability for third-party developers to create solutions around object recognition. One excellent solution is PTC's Vuforia Engine. You can learn more here and test out a sample here.

I have heard that Magic Leap is planning to release 3D Object Detection this summer. Are there any differences between this and PTC?
