Hi, I've been using magic leap hub and remote rendering for over a year now, and I've now encountered a PC that it won't install correctly on. It's essentially failing to detect that it has an Nvidia GPU installed. However the Windows 11 systems detect and utilize this GPU perfectly fine.
Attached Images to what I'm seeing. If anyone has a recomendation or way to get this to detect the GPU properly please let me know. I've tried changing the Primary GPU in the Dell Precision BIOS and I've also tried Disabling or Uninstalling the Intel GPU in the Device manager. However this doesn't appear to work at all.
Providing some more information here, I was actually able to install older versions of the Remote Rendering Package, attached is the image for that. This may indicate that something that changed in newer versions is creating the detection problem. See attached image. It appears that 1,9 or newer versions will not install and result in the message box saying the Nvidia GPU is not detected. We however do not want to use versions that old anymore, as we have updated the OS beyond compatibility with the older versions and those versions are also known to have bugs.
