Hi, I've been trying to use a hardwired lan to the ML for internet and also stream to the Magic Leap 3 hub, but I get a generic error despite the hub being connected to the headset via IP address. Is this not a supported feature?
Would you be able to share a screenshot of the error?
Have you flashed your device recently?
We upgraded to the most recent version of the OS, beyond that no.
Do you see the device as connected in the Magic Leap Hub? Have you enabled a wifi connection in ML Hub before disconnecting the device?
Lastly, can you capture the logs from the MLHub?
Open Magic Leap Hub then select Help > Troubleshooting > Save Diagnostic Logs.
