Hi Magic Leap Support Team,

I’m currently facing an issue with the **Magic Leap 2** headset while using the **Assist** application. During a live support session, I’m unable to **turn on the camera** — the live video feed fails to activate, and no image is displayed on the remote viewer’s end.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

- Verified camera permissions for the Assist app in **Settings \> Privacy & Security**
- Restarted the device multiple times
- Ensured a stable Wi-Fi connection
- Confirmed the headset is running the latest \*\*OS version - 1.12.0
- Tested the camera functionality in other applications (works fine outside Assist)
- Disabled Developer Mode (if applicable)

Despite these efforts, the camera still fails to function during live view within Assist. This issue is impacting our remote troubleshooting workflow.
