# Licensing/Permission for Magic Leap Examples

Hi,
We want to use the [GitHub - magicleap/MagicLeap2UnityWebRTCExample: Unity Project that demonstrates how to implement WebRTC functionality in Unity to stream a Render Texture between a Magic Leap 2 device and a PC. This simplified example serves as a starting point for developers who are migrating from the legacy MLWebRTC APIs.](https://github.com/magicleap/MagicLeap2UnityWebRTCExample)
in our prototype application just for a proof of concept webRTC functionality.
Could you provide any licensing information or permission whether we are allowed to use or modify the example in a prototype application?
It looks like most of the other repositories contain a LICENSE.md file so we are wondering whether it was simply missed in this one?

Nice catch. We will definitely need to add that.
Yes you can modify and use the example in your application. It was released under the same Magic Leap 2 software license Agreement.
