We have batteries connected to headsets to extend the usage time which are supposed to provide 45W. However we still get these warnings popping up sometimes. We don’t need to see these warnings, is it possible to just switch them off?

Hi Gary,

There is no way to shut them off, but they are reporting this because there may be an issue with the charging. Follow the instructions in this post to check the charging status: [What are the conditions under which the message “Insufficient charger” is displayed? - #4 by aheaney](https://forum.magicleap.cloud/t/what-are-the-conditions-under-which-the-message-insufficient-charger-is-displayed/4657/4)

Thank you,
