Hello. I am facing a serious probblem. while I am trying to create a simple application using magic leap simulator and unity, the simulator window is showing nothing. I am using windows 11. kindly share the solution. thanks in advance. ---

Hello @brintodibyendu, please give us as much detail as possible regarding the issue you're experiencing. Also let us know what the app is intended for as not all features are compatible with the App Simulator. **Unity Editor version** : **ML2 OS version** : **MLSDK version** : **Host OS** : Windows 11 ---

unity edition: 2023.1.0a26 MLSDK:VERSION 1.1.0 nothing is showing even in the initial window of the magic leap emulator Also my graphics card is Intel Iris Xe graphics ---

Hi @brintodibyendu Please submit App Sim Diagnostic Logs by navigating to **App Sim \> Save Diagnostic Logs**. Details are in the error reporting link in my previous message above. There's more info we need to understand the problem. Thanks again. ---

Thank you @brintodibyendu. I spoke to our engineers. Question for you: has AppSim ever worked for you? We only support NVIDIA and AMD GPUs. `215856.684 ZIF I [zi_renderer_impl.cpp:365] OpenGL Vendor: Intel 215856.684 ZIF I [zi_renderer_impl.cpp:366] OpenGL Render: Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics` There are a lot of errors like the following throughout, which indicate it’s not handling Vulkan calls properly: `221429.473 E [VulkanSurfaceResource.cpp:157] Failed to call vkAllocateMemory fffffffe 221429.474 E [GLRenderDeviceContext_win_linux.cpp:80] Failed to initialize external memory 221429.474 E [Transport.cpp:156] Failed to serialize data 1 221429.474 E [ResourceViewer.cpp:90] Unable to send resources` Our engineer suspects a possible way around this is to (1) try to update graphics drivers; if that doesn’t work then 2) turn off `Settings > Application Simulator > General > Hardware acceleration` (from ML Hub). The latter setting requires using ML Hub to launch App Sim. Please let me know if this unblocks you, and thank you for posting on the Magic Leap 2 Forum. ---

Thank you. Not it did not work so far. i probably need to buy a new machine which has nvidia graphics card.
